Nice and Cool, Inc. has learned that enrolling in a maintenance program can increase the longevity of your system, and help avoid costly repairs down the line. 

We recommend our HVAC preventive maintenance agreement to keep the efficiency of your home comfort system lasting for many years. By having a preventative maintenance contract with Nice and Cool, Inc., you’ll know that your heating and air conditioning system will run smoothly and efficiently without the high risk of a untimely breakdown.

We offer three types of service agreements: 
 
1. 16 point service agreement: This is our basic plan that offers 2 visits per year in the Spring/Fall as well as a 16 point inspection of some of the main components that break down in an AC system. 
  • $250 a year per system 
  • lasts until cancelled  
2. 47 point service agreement: This is our most popular plan. The 47 point plan is 2 visits per year and is a deeper more thorough inspection of most of the components that break down in your AC system. This plan includes 2 visits per year in the Spring and Fall, 2 free service calls, priority emergency service calls, 5% discount on services and repairs as needed, and 5% on new equipment installation.  
  • $300 a year per system
  • lasts until cancelled 
3. VIP service agreement: This Plan is our top recommendation for businesses. The VIP plan is 4 visits per year, and includes no service call fee, priority emergency service calls including weekends, 10% discount on services and repairs as needed. 5% discount on new equipment installation, and qualifies to be combined with a new install 5 year preventative maintenance agreement. 
  • 500 a year per system 
  • lasts until canceled
